Today John Kerry met with Independent presidential candidate Ralph Nader. Kerry said the meeting went well until his gun jammed.

Bill Joel is planning to write a series of children’s books. His first one is similar to "The Cat in the Hat”, called "The Car in the Living Room”.

The Olympic committee is telling American athletes not to wave the American flag at this years Olympics because it might be seen as boasting. Other countries can wave their flags, just not us. Which is ironic because of us a lot of these countries would be waving a flag different from what they are now.

Addidas is coming out with a new $250 smart running shoe. This shoe is so smart it makes you spend $250 on it!

Martha Stewart has announced that taping of her show has been postponed. I wonder what happened?

Did anyone buy gas in L.A. today? Premium is almost $3.00 per gallon. Gas is so high that the First Lady’s motorcade was all Mini Coopers.

The First Lady is on the show tonight. I haven’t seen this much security since Snoop Dogg was on the show.

These Secret Service guys are very brave. They don’t laugh. What other job are you asked to take a bullet for your boss? Well other than working at 7-11.

Did you see Arizona Diamondbacks pitcher Randy Johnson the other night? He threw a perfect game. He retired 27 men in all – which is a record previously held by J. Lo.

Here’s some more baseball news. For whatever reasons Yankee Stadium no longer sells Cracker Jacks. But you still get a prize in the beer.

You can no longer buy Cracker Jacks at Yankee Stadium – but you can still buy crack in the parking lot.
