U.S. News Poll: 9/11 is Clinton's Fault
"Most Americans still say President Clinton and his national security team "should be held responsible for 9/11" - according to a U.S. News & World Report online survey."
"A combined total of 60 percent of those responding blamed either Clinton or Clarke."
"29 percent blamed President Bush and just 6 percent held CIA Director George Tenet responsible."
"National Security Advisor Condoleezza Rice, who's been the subject of the most intense media criticism, drew the least blame at 5 percent."
