KENNEDY Says CIA Knows Of Kerry's Foreign Leader Endorsements
KENNEDY: "The fact is, he's obviously met leaders over a period of time. And everyone – the CIA knows who they – the White House is really interested in those leaders?"

RUSSERT: "But under John Kerry there would not be a withdrawal of United States troops. We are there for some time to come."
KENNEDY: "Probably, probably, but I can tell you this – there would be a much greater participation of other countries around the world. This is laughable, this coalition."
RUMSFELD: "In Iraq alone, there are 34 or 35 countries with troops on the ground. There are many more countries that are contributing humanitarian assistance and financial assistance. I think the total international community has come up with something like $32 billion to assist the Iraqi people recover from the regime of Saddam Hussein."
